Herbs and Herb Gardening with Marie Shallcross – whether you’d like to grow herbs for the kitchen, your pets, pollinators, their health benefits or even for historical interest or because you’d like to make a collection of your favourites, Marie will bring along some of her many herbs to illustrate  her tips, ideas and anecdotes – and some herbs for sale too!

All talks are free to members.

You are welcome to attend these gardeners evenings as a non-member (small charge applies) We love growing gardens and friendships, so do come along and find out for yourself.

As your local friendly gardening club, Biggin Hill Horticultural Society offers more to members than ‘just’ talks. There are always gardening sundries such as plant labels, plant feed, and even second-hand gardening books, for sale at our gardeners evenings. And you can ask members for tips as there’s generally someone who knows the answer to your question.
